1. Rental Agreement

By renting jewelry from Jazz Collections, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you (the “Customer”) and Jazz Collections (“Company”).

2. Rental Period

• Duration: The standard rental period is 3 days, starting from the date you receive the jewelry.

• Extensions: If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before the end of the current rental term. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

• Pricing: Rental costs range from ₹2500vto ₹8000, depending on the design, coating, materials, and components.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Security Deposit: No deposit is required for rentals.

4. Delivery and Return

• Delivery: We offer free delivery across India.

• Return Process: Jewelry must be returned in its original condition using the provided return packaging.

• Late Returns: Late returns may incur a fee of ₹500 per day.

5. Care and Use

• Responsibility: You are responsible for the jewelry during the rental period.

• Damage or Loss: In case of damage or loss, repair or replacement costs up to the retail value of the item may be charged.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery.

7. Privacy Policy

• Data Use: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
